How do I register?

To register, visit our Patient Portal registration page here.

If you are a patient creating an account for yourself, enter your information.

If you are creating an account to manage your children’s information, register with your own name and information.

Usernames are not case sensitive, but passwords are.

For identity verification purposes, you are required to contact the clinic to connect your children to your secure account. This is a one-time verificaton process.

                  

I am trying to register and receive the message, “Email address is not available, please choose another.” Why?

If you are sure the email address entered is correct, you have likely registered for a portal account with that email address already, (even if you have not yet verified your own identity as a patient, or added your children as family members).

If you have forgotten your password, select the “I forgot my password” link below the log in fields, and enter the answers to your security questions. A temporary password will be sent to your email address. If you do not remember the answers to your security questions, please call either of our offices for support.

                  

I used to be a patient at Pediatric Associates. Can I still sign up?

The patient portal is only accessible by active patients of our clinic, and only active patients can be added as family members. If you need immunization records, documents, or other records transferred to a new clinic, school, etc., please call our medical records department at (503)-227-0671, option number 5.                   

           

The Billing Portal isn't accepting my username and password. Why?

The account you use for the Patient Portal is separate from the Billing Portal's, and may not necessarily use the same username and password. For security purposes, the Billing Portal requires a separate account be created for online bill payment.

Should you forget them, links to recover your username and/or password for your Billing Portal account can be found at the log in page of the Billing Portal, accessed via the "Make a Payment" link on the Patient Portal home page.
